亚陶晶振KX31Q系列,实时时钟振荡器在广泛的工作条件下实现了极好的稳定性,电源电压:1.8/2.5/3.3V超低电流、频率:32.768KHz、汽车级CMOS有源晶体振荡器,四脚贴片晶振,稳定性:20PPM到50PPM,它利用 Pericom专有技术实现低于 15μA的超低电流。输出时钟信号与 LVCMOS/LVTTL 逻辑电平兼容。该器件采用卷带包装,小体积尺寸采用3.2x2.5mm表面贴装陶瓷封装。
